The spelling was clear and correct on the order form. Also no instructions were provided about how to store the cake. My well-meaning family put the cake in the fridge for two hours and I found the cake nearly melted. I would expect some slumping and melting, but not a complete meltdown. It leads me to believe the cake wasn’t frozen solid when we picked it up. Instructions also are unavailable on the website. I won’t be ordering here again.

The ice cream in the tubs is never there because they are supposedly "cleaning the case out" every time we visit. I keep giving them chance after chance but they let me down each time. As much as I hate Cold Stone, we take the family there now because they actually have ice cream available.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
