    Cold fries, regular straw with the shake (so it didn't really work as a straw at all), and extremely slow service considering there were very few orders in. On the plus side, I got my sauce packets quickly.

    Check your buns. My sandwich was moldy. Really enhances the flavor.

    The first time I went it was fine typical Arby's. Second time they didn't give me a bun. Third and final time the beef was sliced about 10x thicker than normal Arby's roast beef so I won't be returning.
