- MMMerrisa MontoyaAug 17, 20251.0Lady working there around 6 had no idea what she was doing, when we asked for 2 specific wraps that were on the menu she had no idea what we were talking about when it was on their menu, she also put raw bacon on both of our wraps, when we asked her if the bacon was supposed to be cooked she said she didn't understand and then warmed it up in the microwave not the oven. She also had her earbuds in the entire time while taking our order and continued to say "huh" or "what" with everything we asked for, and instead of wrapping our wrap she folded it in half so everything spilt out of the wrap when we unwrapped the paper . Everytime we go there we have a really bad experience with the same lady, will not be going back after this. If I could put zero stars I would.
