  We treat ourselves to Ledo’s Pizza occasionally. Well, no more! At least not at the Urbana location. The service was the worse we have ever had at a simple pizza restaurant. Tables were dirty - we had to request our table be cleaned. There were several tables left piled with left over food and dishes for a minimum 15 minutes before some inexperienced employee brought a large trash can to the tables, while the rest of us were eating, to buss the tables. We have never seen such a tacky unprofessional clean up practice. The food finally came, but no plates, silverware or napkins were delivered. We literally had to walk over to the kitchen area to ask for these items. Now for the food. I’ll just add two words - tasteless and bland.

  I found this pizza established perfected great customer service. The store was clean and staff working well together.

  I've been eating at Ledo for decades I even worked at the one in Olney for a bit and the Urbana location is my favorite of them all! They're always very friendly, the dining room is always well appointed and the pizza is delicious!!! They even show you your pizza when you get carry out I think that's such a nice touch. Thank you for making your customers feel appreciated!

  I ordered carryout online. My pizza was ready upon arrival and someone came to help me very quickly, very friendly. The pizza was delicious! I can't wait to go back again!

  This is the best Ledos in MD area. order is always on time and ready for pick up at the scheduled pick up time. As well the employees are always friendly . Great gluten free pizza too!
