  Martino was exceptional. We waited 20 minutes for our pizza, and I took my kids outside to relax while we waited. He came to inform me when our order was ready. Since our pizza was without cheese and a bit dry, he promptly made a new one. That’s outstanding customer service—he didn't argue or fuss, he simply replaced the pizza. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely return, as his genuine care was evident in his interaction. Thank you.

  Pizza was hard, dough was tasting like old and there was so little cheese that the pizza was looking like it was only tomato sauce.

  This particular PaPa John's has declined in taste & customer service. Used to be a favorite of mine, but NO LONGER!
