    I approached today at 4:45 AM and went through the drive-thru to order as usual. There were two service stations and no one answered. I waited a moment and went to the window, and the employee came out annoyed because I hadn't waited for them to answer. I told them I had spoken and no one answered. Annoyed, they told me to move forward and return to the stations to order, since they weren't going to take my order at the window. In front of me was a vehicle, and of course, I couldn't move forward, nor was I going to turn around. For what? So they could serve me badly? Or give me a pathetic service and know that what they were going to serve me was going to be done in a bad way and wouldn't taste good.

    Send this email to the corporate office after an encounter at the store: March 3, 2026 They deserve a half of star but it would not allow me to place a half a star. I take great pride in customer service, which is why I was disappointed by the way this situation was handled. After respectfully asking more than once for access to the restroom, my request was repeatedly denied. Given the circumstances, it should have been clear that I urgently needed to use the restroom. The requirement to make a purchase first felt inconsiderate and unaccommodating, particularly for someone who may not have been in a position to buy something at that moment. My interaction was with an employee named Luz Saravia at 7708 Landover Road, Landover, MD 20785. I have attached a video to this email so you may review the exchange firsthand and observe what I believe to be a lack of professionalism and communication. I respectfully ask that you review your restroom policy and consider how it may impact customers and, ultimately, your business. While I understand that you are an independently owned establishment, you are also part of a larger franchise with both global and local recognition. Policies and customer interactions such as this can significantly influence public perception. , It is not my intention to escalate this matter unnecessarily. However, I do hope you will reconsider your current restroom policy and how situations like this are addressed in the future. I also want to add that several days after my visit, I received a call from the store manager regarding the situation. During the call, the manager explained that the company had to pay a significant amount of money for a plumbing issue. According to the manager, the policy that resulted in customers being charged was created by the restaurant owners. However, the explanation did not make much sense to me. It felt like the responsibility for a business-related problem was being shifted onto customers. Plumbing or maintenance issues are internal operational matters, and it was frustrating to feel like customers were being blamed or asked to cover costs related to something that should be handled by the business itself. While I appreciated that the manager took the time to call and explain their perspective, the reasoning behind the policy was still confusing and disappointing. Customers should not feel responsible for expenses related to the restaurant’s infrastructure or maintenance problems. Overall, the situation left me feeling that the issue was not handled in the best way and that the policy should be reconsidered to ensure customers are treated fairly.

    Very very poor customer service skills attendant at the front working DoorDash looks at my phone for the name of the order. I’m coming to pick up. Looks at the bag on the counter next to her hand me a bag with the wrong name on it she gave me the wrong order
