  If you do insta cart, this is the worst Giant. They have a policy different than every other store where for some reason they can't bring you the items the app and their website tells you to wait for them to bring. If I could give negative stars I would. Update: they told the app they were understaffed and afraid of theft (doesn't make sense because why wouldn't every Giant have that policy for every type of pickup?). Get to the back and they have like 10 staffers just doing orders and my order was mislabeled and had poorly bagged and heavier items than the app even knew which messed up my pricing.

  The management at this establishment appears to be unprofessional, and concerns are not being addressed effectively. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering alternative places to shop if possible. There seems to be a pattern where issues are not handled appropriately, with management often siding with employees even when mistakes are made, while directing frustration toward customers. This approach creates a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Greater accountability and improved customer service would significantly enhance the overall environment.

  The management at this location is very un professional it’s sad that they let an employee go for something as simple as ringing a customer up for something that was the wrong price and not giving her a warning I will not shop at this location anymore

  All management at this location needs to be fired immediately, I reported a serious situation and was told we could not view the cameras , I even asked them to confirm due to it being a employee doing the damage. They are protecting this lady that is doing wrong and shouldn’t be working here at all. My child should not have gone through that. He only wanted lunchables for school and faced a traumatic experience at this Giant Location.

  Mediocre grocery options but I waited over 30 minutes to check out on a Saturday. Over 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait - I’ll never be back to this location. Fix your grocery store and stop stealing 30+ minutes from folks literally trying to pay. To others - I’d avoid this location. Plenty of other good options around that won’t make you wait all day for some slow cashier to swipe your card and scan your stuff.
