Attempted to enter the store to obtain a basket and could not reach the baskets. The front of the store has been partitioned in a way to stop ease of access. The front of the store resembles a prison yard, what the hell happened to this store??Between that screaching and screaming “manager” and that new design, forget Safeway!! I will never return to that store it is an abomination!
