The store is good. However the parking garage is the worst I’ve ever see. You have to take out your phone and scan a QR code that is impossible to do unless you are in the exact right position. Then you have to send a text to open the gate. There is no credit card slot to exit. You have to manually enter your credit card info. Drive to the gate and scan another QR code and send a text just to exist. Cars are backed up, people honking horns. What a zoo. I will never shop at this location again.

Pros: The am a fan of the pharmacy and have recommended it to people Cons: 1) Not enough carts 2) 0 baskets (so you may need carry your groceries in your arms or just go somewhere else) 3) On the second level of the parking garage there is a separate entrance for taking the stairs but it’s locked. It kind of gives off an abandoned vibe. 4) the new security gates and bars 5) the security guard now has a remote that locks your cart. It appears they’re doing random checks but nothing was explained to me. If you’re going to be like that, just have someone who checks receipts like Costco rather than just have the cart lock up on your customers.

It was 11:20pm. I asked a cashier are there anymore registers that have cashiers. She shook her head no. Then I asked so that pointing to self check out is the only option she said,; yes I attempted to check out if it has a upcoming I bought it. HI However, after I attempted to use the quick look up and saw everything but a dozen of eggs, I left it there. I and about 30 percent of people who go to stores do not want to use self check out. So while this review will probably not gain any traction or comments, I will and should have just left my cart at the registers. I just want people to keep there jobs not loose them to automation. The cashier didn't seem to care either way.

Rude employee that’s at self-check out . Talks about the customers when we’re standing right in front of her. She’s working in the morning 8AM 12-17-2025. Hire better employees with better customer service not the ones that don’t even want to be there …. at least be professional around the customers that are not even bothering you .

I stopped by a few months ago, and Roderick went above and beyond to help me track down a specific healthy bag of chips I was looking for. We walked a few aisles together, and even though we didn’t end up finding it, I really appreciated how dedicated Roderick was. I visited again recently, and Roderick still had that same warm, lighthearted energy. Roderick is a solid five-star employee! There’s also a Hispanic lady at self-checkout who’s always kind, though I never got her name. The four-star rating is mainly because some of the other employees could really benefit from additional customer service training. For example, there was a Black guy in the meat department who acted like I was bothering him when I simply asked where an item was. He ignored me twice, then got an attitude and pointed in the opposite direction. Completely despicable behavior.
