I waited 25 minutes and when I finally ask where my order was the guy with an attitude said go inside because I can’t help you and turns out they gave my food to someone else and if I didn’t ask I would have waited even more time and never get my order and the manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and charged me for the McFlurry even though I waited for half and hour for nothing. The guy who gives out the food need to be more careful and stop being rude

I purchased the gift card from the McDonald's Capital Plaza. When I went to use the gift card at a different McDonald's, I was told there was nothing on the card. A manager came and checked the gift card and I was told that there was nothing on the card. I unfortunately did not keep the receipt. I'm wondering how many people they do this to. Lesson learned, always check the receipt for the gift card number

I should never hand came here and now I'm tired of waiting for food. Im going next door to Chipotle where they can make better, healthier food faster. After making this review I still waiting.
