I mobile order food and a drink and I drank more than half of my tea lemonade mix and found a roach in while I was on a phone call. I am disgusted mad and nauseous. I told the manager and she offered me more food and I declined. Why would I want more drinks/food from a place that has bugs in their items I told her. I asked for the corporal’s number and I called the health department and filed a report. While during that in food court I told and showed individuals the roach in my drink to warned them. The manger got security and suggested that I put the bug in the drink myself because I had a hot container of Arizona up iced tea. Also I was informed that telling people and showing them the bug was causing a disturbance and that I could not do that . I asked for the Office of the mall management to prove that I never took the lid of my drink off I sat at the table next to ice ice baby directly in front of two cameras Never Never did I removed the lid. This made me real mad I drank a large drink more with a roach in it and then she accused me of planting it. I ask then Office of the mall management to look at the footage to proved that I never did such a thing and they took my info down and they told me they would get back to me to confirm it.
