They also get angry. cashier and manager's customer service is so bad. Everything else is good, but because of this problem, I don't want to go there.

If managers want to walk out at 5:00 then schedule to close the store at 4:00 or 4:30, whatever you need. And don't close a few minutes earlier than scheduled. On the nose - fine. If I'm in at 4:45 and easily on schedule to be out before 5:00, customers shouldn't get "the bum's rush" for 15 minutes with announcements like "Let's go!" If you're that pressed to leave, then organize for that or maybe just don't work that day.
