In fact I read several reviews that the Safeway across the street from PG Mall is far cleaner and better. I was able to finish my shopping there and even they said that too often people come there And express their frustrations with Giant and they themselves do not want anything as a business to do with this store. Good riddance!

My neighbors and I have been concerned about the treatment from the staff of the store for some time now. We plan on organizing the community to actively start giving real feedback on stores in our area that do not value us as customers or deserve our business. Especially with better options just walking distance away. The customer service here is subpar. Starting from the Management and the aggressive style of security that they enforce at the store. Please if you can, go to Safeway located across the street. The experience is pleasant, the food is fresh, there are no attitudes just lurking mysteriously from every other person you speak with. In all fairness, not all of the workers here behave that way. There are some workers that have been there a long time Particularly the cashiers that do an excellent job. But this store constantly rotates employees in and out. I wonder why. As well as poor store managers. The appropriate grocery store in the area is Safeway, not this giant. There is also an Aldis near by. I have received a lot of feedback from my community as folks are constantly posting warnings about this giant on internal message boards.
