We waited for 12 minutes, and then they said they didn't have any. When I asked why they charged me for it, the cashier, very annoyed and in a bad mood, made a hot chocolate for my daughter. Because it was hot, I didn't realize that she had only put plain water in it. The chocolate had absolutely no chocolate flavor. They need to train their staff because customers come to buy, not just to ask questions, and they deserve to be treated properly. If they can't treat people with respect, they should find another job, because they're earning their money; they're not working for free. They need to learn how to treat people and not be so bitter. Let's be considerate of how we treat others.

- JYjackie YoungOct 12, 20251.0I just left this location on a Sunday morning ordered 2 medium black hot coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars on the side instead of cream and sugar on the side they put all the cream and sugar in one coffee and only rung me up for one coffee I’m not sure what the problem is at this location but this isn’t the first time they messed up on my order. I will not be coming to this location again. I tried calling to speak with a manager no answer. I’m beginning to think that there is a language barrier at this location.
