In the past, when this happened, the employee who assisted me was very nice, understanding, and able to resolve the issue quickly. This time, however, the store appeared very understaffed. I was on hold for over 30 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally did, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude, put me back on hold, and showed no understanding or willingness to help. She did not help me solve my situation at all, and her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that places get busy, but customers should still be treated with respect. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.If I could I would leave 0 stars!
