Today, i placed an order through the app for a delivery. When I placed the order, i selected to pay in cash for the pizza. The driver arrives with my pizzas in a timely manner , no issue. However, when the driver arrived to my door and we exchanged food and i paid for it, I was waiting for him to give me change. My order came to $30 and some change and i paid $40 (two twenties). The driver continued to say that he did not have change, and i said well i need change. I had every intention of tipping (which should be up to the customer how much they can afford to tip or to tip period)but he “did not have change”. It got to the point i said ok just go ahead, but i definitely expressed that i needed my change. So , i said absolutely not and drove to the Domino’s (this exact location). I arrived and waited my turn so that i could get my $9-$10 in change. When the driver realized I was in the store he looked as if he saw a ghost which was a red flag for me. The manager was at the counter a female , i think her name starts with an M. I did not catch her name due to the accent. The driver and the manager are speaking in Spanish, which i’m somewhat fluent. I tell her i’m here for my change since he did not have any, and i had already explained. She was annoyed and the driver was telling her i said he could have it. She said well he brought it to you door, I said that’s correct but that’s his job. He is a delivery driver the delivery fee is already included in what I have to pay. I said he is supposed to carry change that’s apart of being a delivery driver. However , i did not have much of an option because i wanted my pizzas. So after they discuss it the manager gives me my change but i can tell they both have an attitude. So i went back inside to ask for their names so that I could report this to corporate because it appears that they tell customers that pay for pizza in cash that they have no change so that they are forced to keep it. Which is morally wrong, gratuity is not automatically included and as i stated before i wouldn’t have had issue tipping him but “no change”. I did go back into the store to ask for their names and the manager got an attitude with me and i explained to her again. I told her , you the manager is also responsible for him to have change because that’s apart of his job and etc. She got mad and i got madder too. I addressed the issue with her and told her i would be reporting it to corporate. I did escalate it to corporate after calling the customer service line. Just be mindful if you plan on ordering a pizza for delivery from here. It’s not fair to the customer to be left without their change because of their little scheme. The manager also said i shouldn’t order pizza from that location anymore.
The pizza was decent not an issue , i didn’t have an appetite after the chaos over my money.

I sent Dominoes a message in regards to the service. I had to tell the driver 2x to come up because he didn't want to. The food was great, but the driver was lazy, and he basically haphazardly tossed my good in my arms with no rhyme or reason. The store also hasn't messaged me back about my complaint.

I normally go this dominos but I’ve always had a hard time reaching the location and the app is always buggy in one way or another. I always assumed they were just busy but one day I walked in to do a pickup order and I saw the staff horsing around (girls) one dude was just standing there on his phone not really caring about anything that was happening. I thought to myself wow the service sucks, then it dawned on me to call the location from where I was sitting (inside the establishment) to call and see what is really going on… and nothing. Literally nothing happened they ignored the call like it wasn’t happening so I waited to see if they would do anything and one of them sucked her teeth like it was a bother I’d had enough by this point and hung up, then sure enough someone else called and it was the same. I can only assume they do this on purpose to encourage the dominos app but the app also sucks…
The food is good but I’m done with the mediocrity when it comes to customer service

Pros:
- Quick if they are slow
- Domino's is above average if done correctly.
Cons:
- Delivery Drivers do not follow delivery instructions.
- They do not care what their pizzas look or taste like.
- Absurd delivery minimum fee.
My experience:
I ordered a 2 Liter of Fanta, and two large pizzas. These pizzas were covered in dough bubbles. There was very little sauce and the cheese was not spread evenly. Some bites were 80/20 sauce cheese or vice-versa.
The craziest part is that they have an almost $20 minimum delivery fee. The point of Domino's delivery minimums is so that people don't order a soda, or a small dollar item for delivery. But this minimum makes it cheaper to go to many other pizza places.
