    I would try too avoid this location as they are very unprofessional, I watch food with cleaning products fall in the food while cleaning and tickets, bathroom toilets dirty, giving little food and seen mouses!! Pls stay away from this place it needs the heath department!! Horrible

    Recently, I placed an order for delivery, but the store did not offer an option to add extra sides, such as salsa. I contacted the store, and Sarai answered the phone with a cheerful demeanor and was willing to assist me despite the fact that my food had already been prepared. I greatly appreciate her willingness to take the time to assist me and would like to express my gratitude for her exceptional customer service.

    I watched the manager stop a customer from stealing tips to pay his meal, wearing all black with black ski mask. But first I was greeted by 4 teenagers blocking the line talking loud charging their phone. Someone with legs up across 3 seats as I went to get my folk and napkin. Is it just the area? I would have to buzz people in. God Bless those workers there. FYI 6:30 pm.

    I went to this chipotle because I ordered on the app and my Dasher did not drop it off at my house. I was unable to receive help from DoorDash and from chipotle (the app) so I went to the store and talked with the manager, I didn't happen to get her name, but she was working the 5 PM shift on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 and asked for her help and she helped me out even if it wasn't her problem or the store's fault. Even though it was very busy at this time, she still went the extra mile and helped me out and I appreciated it a lot.
