- NNNina Nesbitt2 days ago1.0I’ve now had four consistently poor experiences at this Chipotle location, and unfortunately it keeps getting worse. Each time I’ve paid for extra meat, the portions have been noticeably small, nowhere near what you would expect when paying an upcharge. When I’ve politely asked about it, the staff has been dismissive, rude, and completely unresponsive. The overall attitude feels very unbothered, as if customer concerns simply don’t matter. Service is slow, communication is minimal, and there’s little effort to provide a positive experience. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management takes customer feedback more seriously moving forward.
