I went to this Chipotle and had the worst experience of my life. The manager on duty was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. She seemed to be having a bad day and served the food with a lot of anger. This restaurant chain needs to train its managers on how to provide good customer service.

This was also reported to PGC311. It took them 11 months before the investigation started. They closed it 1 minute later, which tells you nothing was investigated. Here is the experience reported. Incident Report – 01/30/2025, 7:17 PM
At approximately 7:17 PM on January 30, 2025, I placed an order at this Chipotle location. The individual who identified herself as the manager on duty (no name tag visible) prepared my salad bowl. During preparation, I observed her cross-contaminate the food by using her gloved hand—which had already touched the metal counter surface and serving utensils—to pick something out of the bowl and discard it onto the floor.
I immediately pointed out what I had witnessed. She responded, “my gloves are clean,” and refused to remake the bowl. Instead, she became loud and confrontational. When I asked for a manager, she stated, “I am the manager.” I then requested her name, but she replied, “we don’t wear name tags, so you won’t get my name.” At one point, she threatened to call the “Feds” on me, though she did not follow through.
Another employee at the register, who also identified herself as a manager, told me, “all we can do is give you a refund.” I accepted the refund and left the store.
This incident reflects a troubling disregard for basic food safety practices and customer service standards. Based on my experience, it appears this location operates with a culture of neglect toward food safety requirements, raising serious concerns about Chipotle’s oversight and accountability. If you decide to go here...Watch those who cross contaminate and call it out.

Update: Management’s replies to these reviews keep telling us to “reach out on the corporate website.” No. I don’t work for you. What you need to do is step away from the computer, visit your rundown stores across the DMV, and hire properly trained managers. The people you’re hiring require constant oversight, yet you’re serving food without investing in accountability. Food that could potentially make someone ill and contact an attorney.
There should be functioning cameras monitoring all food preparation areas. And there must be a clear, accessible way for customers to report employees or managers who are out of control when it comes to customer service and food safety. No one has on a name tag. This is the basics of accountability.

I keep coming back to this location hoping my experience would get better and it doesn't. I will never patronize this location ever again. The last 2 or 3 visits my family and I have to fuss about the portions. Give the customers what they ask for and PAYING for. If the extra protein is nearly $4 stop playing with my food and give me the extra meat! I don't understand why for the staff is seems sooo hard to give larger portions when asked! The moment you speak up it's them trying to justify their actions! Why must customers take pictures and or video record to get what we are asking for. Why must should I go back and forth with staff when I still have to pay. Today my bowl with extra protein was $14, no chips, no drink, no guacamole, no tortilla just my bowl. If I am spending $14 make my bowl the way I am asking! I literally remember going back and forth these last few visits with staff about the portions. Now I get it we all have a job to do and I respect that but this has gone too far! And to mention I've complained before about this location. LADIES ( and I am saying ladies because it's usually the same ladies working the line when I visit.. so LADIES do better, Chipotle do better!
