The team is always fast, efficient, and keeps things moving even during the busy rush, which I really appreciate. The store is consistently clean, and my orders are always made correctly and taste great. This morning especially stood out. I accidentally ordered my coffee incorrectly through the app, and one of the staff members kindly fixed it for me without any hassle. That small act of kindness really made my day and shows how much they care about the people that come through :) Great service, great coffee, and super convenient location near the metro. Highly recommend if you’re on the go in the mornings!

When I walked in, I was not acknowledged for several minutes while employees stood in the back instead of assisting customers. When I finally placed my order, I was told they didn’t have what I originally wanted, so I ordered something else. After paying, I overheard employees saying they didn’t have enough change. The employee then took money out of her personal pocket to give me change, which was already concerning. When I counted my change, I realized I had been shorted. I politely said something, and instead of handling it professionally, the employee threw 50 cents at me. I did receive my money back, but the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location. Customers should not be treated this way.
