  Very nice I liked it and very easy to order; the lady was nice and wasn’t mean I liked this place fries and everything was fresh I enjoyed it

  I love this place they always have my order right. The workers are very friendly and nice. In for all they are a great place to come and eat with family and friends.

  had a great experience at Charleys! The food was fresh, hot, and made right in front of me. The Philly cheesesteak was packed with flavor, and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. I also loved the fries—they were crispy and perfectly salted. The staff was friendly and worked quickly, even though it was busy. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want something filling and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I wish I could rate this location lower than one star. I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience was profoundly disappointing. Firstly, the wait time for a regular combo was significantly longer than usual, despite the restaurant not being busy. Additionally, I observed employees engaging in unprofessional behavior, prioritizing conversation over fulfilling customer orders.Upon receiving my order and returning home, I discovered several pieces of beef in my veggie sub, which was unacceptable.I did not feel it was worth my time to return for a resolution, nor do I require a refund. I am simply left feeling disappointed.
