Waiter was great food that came out from kitchen was awful. Steak came out under done was brought back and they sent it out under done again. Burger came out with mustard when asked to not be on it. They sent out the same burger with the mustard scraped off, mustard was still visably on the burger. They finally remade it and set it out medium well when it was supposed to be well done. Manager never came over and only the server apologized still payed a full bill

At 10 o’clock I walked into this Outback and told the hostess that we had a party of 16. She said hold on and went to the back. We waited a little while and then the manager, Kailey or Kaitlin, came out and explained that they close at 10:30. She asked how far away the rest of our party was and I told her about five minutes. She started explaining that everything would have to be rushed because of the closing time. While she was explaining this, two servers started talking with very negative attitudes right in front of us. One of them said something like “uh uh, no I’m not serving them because I’m not about to be here all night. By the time everyone gets here it’s going to be…” and kept going on. The other server also said with a lot of sass in her voice that she was not going to serve us. At that point I told them not to worry about it and that we would just find somewhere else to go. The manager honestly seemed like she would have tried to seat us, but after the way the servers acted I did not feel comfortable staying. Their attitudes made me concerned about how we would be treated and I did not want to risk someone handling our food with that kind of frustration. After the rest of our party arrived, someone else wanted to speak to the manager and explain what had happened because the situation was handled very poorly by the servers. They never should have come to the front with that kind of attitude, and it was extremely disrespectful. It is not always what you say, but how you say it. They could have simply explained that the kitchen was closing soon and that it would not be ideal to seat a large party that late, especially since we did not know the kitchen hours. The way they spoke to and about us was unnecessary and unprofessional.

I called at noon made call ahead seating for 7 @ 5:30 pm. I have always lived outback and this location but not so much tonight. We went to dinner there for my husband’s 75th birthday. To say this experience was horrible is an understatement. I had ordered Alice springs chicken and an add on lobster with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was cold the chicken overcooked and dry and the steamed lobster tail was rubbery and overcooked. We asked for a beer and a cocktail for a second drink and after 20 minutes it still hadn’t come to the table. Our used plates were piling up and no one cleared them. In all fairness to our waiter he was also bar tending. If I were him I look for another job who valued him. When I got the manager over she did comp us 40.00 for a tab that was well over 350.00. She said they were swamp. There were at least 15 tables open. That is not swamped. I don’t know if I will ever go to this location again. I never write a bad review but this was a horrible experience for my husband’s 75th birthday. We laughed when we left and said this will be a birthday to remember. Oh the two meals that were ok were hamburgers. I guess you can’t mess those up.
