This is actually the second time I’ve tried coming here, hoping things might have improved, but unfortunately it was even worse than before. It’s really disappointing because the location is perfect and very convenient. First, the restaurant was filthy. Nearly every table was dirty, and there was food all over the floor. The overall cleanliness was simply unacceptable. When I went to order, the food looked like it had been sitting in the display all night. The rice was completely dried out, the meats were dry with no juices, and the vegetables looked old and oxidized. The guacamole was entirely black. I actually had to ask the employee to stir the food before serving it. In the end, the meal was inedible and I had to throw everything away. Chipotle really needs to address this situation because this is a very convenient, strategically located restaurant, and the current conditions are unacceptable.

I drive out of my way to go to the location at York and Padonia same food completely different experience. Do better, be nice, its not that hard. Note, during this stop in...(my last stop in, because Im not coming back to this location)... there were no customers in front of or behind my purchase... so zero reason to throw food around with an attitude. You weren't even a little busy. Do better... or go get jobs where you are working alone not with the public .... who is so annoying to spend their money here and bother you.

I mean if you don't like the job, find something else that makes you happy so you dont take it out on the customers. The male employees were a little nicer. The food is only subpar. I got the salad, i paid for chopped up romaine instead of the leafy greens. What more can be expected from a food chain...😮💨
