There is only one worker scheduled almost every day, and it makes absolutely no sense for a place that gets this much traffic. The lines get insanely long, especially during normal lunch and dinner hours. You can easily be standing there for a very long time just waiting to order. What makes it worse is how they handle online orders. Instead of preparing online orders in a reasonable flow, they ignore them and focus only on the people physically standing in the restaurant. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If someone takes the time to place and pay for an order online, it should be respected and prepared in a timely manner. This is not an issue with the employee personally — it is clearly a staffing problem. One person cannot manage walk-in customers, online orders, and everything else at the same time. The management needs to address this. Until they staff properly, expect long waits and a very frustrating experience. The most unintelligent management I've seen in a place of business in awhile

I often purchased our team meals for Havre de Grace high Wrestling, Band and Track and Field here. The management team, is always willing to assist us with last minute catering orders (sorry about that) and they always make it work. I highly recommend ordering from this location and getting catering boxes made special for your group. The Team moms are extremely greatful to the amazing staff and culture the management team has created.
- RSRA SanchesDec 14, 20252.0Ordered a footlong BMT through the app. Wrote special instructions for banana paper and mayo on the side. Also wanted the sandwich wrapped separately. Went to pick it up and they followed none of the instruction. Spoke to a young lady making sandwiches and she looked at me and didn’t even answer me. Totally just ignored me and didn’t care about what I asked her about. Another young lady came out and addressed my needs and took care of me. To think I even gave them a top through the app. That won’t happen again trust me.
