  Drive thru today didn't take my offer off I told the guy taking the $ he did nothing another woman showed it didn't take off ..I was then told I needed to come in to receive my $2 and I'm like why I waited in line just like everyone else no I won't be back here and I used to visit this Dunkin every day and they got plenty of money from me...

  It's been more then 10 days the bagel didn't taste the same is harder not soft like before and it taste different but whatever you guys did to it try to get back to the old bagles it's better you guys losing customers

  So me and my daughter go there a lot and have never had a issue until today, we always order on the dunkin app and pull up,tell them her name and pull around, We'll this guy was pissed off and said to me,very rudely, The next time you order on the app,you have to do it 10 minutes before you pull up to the speaker, I don't have anything ready!! Well that just set me off,I said a few choice 4 letter words and asked him to refund me,well that's a hard thing to do, so I said I'll wait for my food on the curb,a little past the window ,and he brought our food out and was sorta nice, but damn I'm spending money at your restaurant and you want to be ignorant!!! UGH!! That's all!!

  The food (breakfast sandwich) was burnt, like really burnt. I mean really, really burnt. They knew it was black and still wrapped it and put it in the to-go bag. There was no way they didn't know, it was black. Burnt. I don't know how this could even happen because I thought everything had a set time, so I don't know what happened. Burnt. Black. Gross. Doughnuts were okay.

  Donuts and coffee are great. Hashbrowns are good. Breakfast sandwiches... not so good.
