They are currently doing some sort of change of layout that is awful. The store layout now has a gaudy one direction gate at the entrance that causes the store to feel cramped in the front. There were no registers open on a Saturday at 11, which seems inexcusable, causing an awkward line of 12 customers deep to the self checkout making it impossible to try to move around, and no one answered any calls to the register. This is a terrible direction and I likely won't be back if this is how a weekend shopping experience is going to become.

I had the misfortune of having Raj as a cashier. He was one of the rudest, unnecessarily defensive and combative cashiers I’ve encountered in a grocery store. I will preface this by saying that the self-service cashier Tanji was very nice and helpful. I misunderstood what she mentioned to me about using my coupon and thought she advised me that I would not be able to use it through self-service. I went to the regular checkout to complete my purchase and got this rude, nasty attitude cashier Raj. My coupon was for a replacement water. He insisted it was for a multipack and when I tried to show him the coupon wording, he got unnecessarily nasty, refused to listen and refused to assist us, calling over Tanji instead. She explained to him that he was wrong and he proceeded to get angry at me asserting that I wasn’t listening to him. I never raised my voice, called him any names, addressed him disrespectful or disparagingly and never lost my smile. I tried on several occasions to reach the manager, Mark, over the course of two days to no avail. Walking in to the store was odd enough with the heavy security gate setup, I should have suspected that customers would be made to feel subhuman and devalued. No customer should have to endure the treatment I received and Raj needs retraining or a new job before he comes across the wrong person with the wrong attitude. Poor customer service! UPDATE FOR RESPONSE: I already contacted the corporate office via contact link on web page and you should see the complaint documented in the intake for customer service feedback/general inquiries.

Entire staff seems like they don't want to be there also had a cashier named Raj who was completely rude and unaccommodating. Customer service is non-existent here. Definitely better store to shop at.

You are worse than Walmart on registers. You want people with more than 15 items go through cashier BUT you only have 1 register open and a person who is slower than a turtle. You need to do better if you're going set principles. What a SAD world this has come to. Oh by the way, yes i was the one who left the cart at register and walked out. Please get cashiers and not have more people just standing around. You have more of them than at the registers. If you wont let customers check themselves out with more than 15 item, then you better have registers open. Especially on a weekend, prime time for people to grocery shop.
