So I don’t know who is training the staff, but today was the second time that I ordered through the drive thru and the order was totally messed up. I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme, two cheese quesadillas just the cheese (to make sure they wouldn’t mess up the quesadillas again) and a black bean burrito. Everything was great on the digital screen. I got a two cheese quesadillas with jalapeño sauce, a black bean chalupa instead of a Crunchwrap, and a black bean burrito that wasn’t even good. Now I just noticed it was changed to a chalupa. Will not be going there again. Two times is enough for such a simple order. And it’s sad since the person who took my order was polite and nice.
