The customer service was kind when helping me try to resolve this issue, but there was nothing they could do about the decision to refund me. It was fine for a while, but this started happening very suddenly. I've not changed my delivery instructions, and they're very specific to make getting to the elevator and my apartment number easy, but the past month, I've gotten 3 different drivers that ignore them. This is the worst service I've used for this by far.

However, there are many times when the app is not updated with what is in stock- if I don’t respond quick enough in the chat then I can’t suggest an alternative.
