I had to listen to two guys brag about how they won't let anyone else get anything from machine and will stay there for an hour. I watched at least 2 employees just walk right by them.

Mind you this order was for a party that was starting 30 mins prior to getting there. I spoke with a guy named Joel there at the Deli station with my issue and he helped me out a lot. He was very apologetic, helpful, and gave me excellent customer service! He was amazing he should definitely get a raise! He made me felt seen, heard, and helped me with a resolution! Thank you so Joel!

I have always enjoyed the options and availability in your store but I am so tired of being accosted and bothered by begging people when I walk in. Every. single. time. The one with the cane actually followed me to my car one day. I have been doing my shopping at Wegmans because I'm so tired of that, and having to use one door at night? I suppose it's a security thing for you but with cameras, it doesn't really make sense. If it continues I won't be back to shop here which is unfortunate because it's so much closer to me then Wegmans.
