  This was honestly one of the worst store experiences I’ve had. The customer service was awful. They refused to take my order in-store and told me I had to place it online for pickup instead. So I did exactly that. I placed the order online and waited for over 30 minutes. After all that waiting, they told me they couldn’t find any order under my name. I don’t understand how difficult it is to simply take an order at the counter and prepare it. The system clearly wasn’t down — I saw the employee ringing up orders for other customers right in front of me. There was no valid reason to refuse my order. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.

  We traditionally opted for a competitor due to a perceived price and service difference, but recently ordered from this place online and dispelled those myths. We were able to get just as good of a deal, their website was just as functional, their customer service was outstanding, and they're significantly closer than that competitor, too: The only issue I had was that they were so close to home that I got there before the pizza was ready (it was well within the website's projected ready window; I was not).

  I was there on a busy night and there seemed to be an overwhelming amount of orders. I had a small interaction with Grady, who was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct order. I will be back.

  Pizza was cold, scantly topped and had a bad taste. Save your money and try literally any other company. I wish I had just run to the store and grabbed a frozen pizza over this garbage. I’m done with Papa John’s for good.
