I'm also turned off by the Five Guys gal who picked up the phone and was nonchalant when I called in to voice my comcern. Look how LOOSE the tape is from the bag. Either the delivery driver or the restaurant are negligent.

Anyway I only gave them a 4 star because they forgot my onions. Person at the register got my order wrong so she had to re do it and just forgot to add the onions back. The restaurant was very clean and they seemed to be cleaning while we were eating so maintaining it clean is one of their priorities which is good. Staff was friendly. It wasn't super busy around tbe time we went. Peanut are available at this location. Recommend this restaurant location.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
