  Very hectic feel in the bathroom and dining area withe the waiting ordering and waiting area splitting everything in the middle. This location has also shifted to only touch screen orders which takes longer than just telling a real person. Mobile orders can be very convenient but requiring the electronic interface when you're actually there in person is annoying.

  I work up the street from this Dunkin so I occasionally go there every now and then for breakfast. The non-donut orders are consistently terrible. The coffee is consistently missing requested ingredients and add-ons. The bagels always taste bland and awful. Today I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel that was absolutely cold less than five minutes after I ordered it. Horrible location.

  This morning, at 5 AM, I visited Dunkin’ Donuts and purchased a coffee. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. A Spanish woman took my order and seemed completely uncooperative, as if she had no regard for customer service. She overfilled my coffee cup so much that it spilled not only on me but also on my car, and I had to clean it afterward. I would like this issue to be noted, because whenever an American chain runs by DESI management, it inevitably leads to such problems.

  If I could apply no stars, I would. This is the closest location to me and I would travel miles before I ever go back. I waited patiently behind another guest, close to 10minutes as she remained indecisive. The person who was helping her just walked away. Didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. I waited a couple minutes to see if she would come back. While I waited there was a manager who looked directly at me, then looked away, never asking if I had been helped, or if I could be helped. I was shocked I spoke up and pointed out I had been waiting 10 min and no one had helped, it was only then an employee offered to help and also apologized. I have shared my unfortunate experience with friends and family, they too will not frequent this establishment. I hope it was worth it. This occurred Saturday, November 29, 2025

  Terrible customer service. I ordered a drink and it was not mixed when I got to the drive thru window. I asked the woman at the window to mix it and she told me to mix it with my straw, I told her that I have been coming to Dunkin and getting this drink from this store for the past week and it was mixed then. I reported her to corporate because she kept trying to argue that I could stir it with my straw but I know for a fact that to make my drink it has to be stirred or else all of the flavor sits at the bottom. I tried going back today after I got an email that corporate was going to handle the issue and they didn't. She was still rude, lazy, and argumentative. The same woman gave me my drink with liquid on the cup and didn't wipe it off or give me napkins so the drink wouldn't spill in my car. When I asked if she could wipe the lid she said "YOU DO!". I also asked her for a receipt 3 times before she finally gave me one. I am done with this location I will give a different Dunkin my money because this location obviously doesn't want it.
