Comics were “you get what you paid for”. Tried to order another drink with server Chanel and it never came. Tried to get a to go bag from her leaving and there was a wait for that. Overall… No freakin bueno.

When I finally asked her to please serve me, she rudely replied that she was very busy and couldn't right now. They should hire more staff or transfer her to another area; she's very rude! The party was for my son’s ninth birthday and most parties in the past have ALWAYS been stressful. However, this one was NOT! Refills were consistently topped off, food was excellent, & Jessica was on top of it! We were impressed considering it seemed she had a few other parties as well. Our guests were impressed as much as we were! Truly top tier party experience and worth every penny! I’ve spent the same amount at other places and they barely help set up and don’t even help us clean! 11/10 experience. Also I can’t remember the manager’s name, but she was also wonderful! We love this location and I will be recommending to many!

Our waiter acted as if he didn't wanna be at work, so that put a damper on our experience. We had a big party, and he messed a lot of the orders up. The games were fun, so that was awesome. The food was just ok. I thought the portions were a little small and the flavor was bland on my pasta. I don't plan to go back to this one.

Our appetizer plates were unclean, and the glasses with our shots and drinks also appeared dirty, with lip prints visible. The restroom facilities were messy and unclean. Although the manager attempted to address the service issues, the night was already spoiled for us.
