  I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Dave & Buster’s. A white server named Abbie made what I clearly perceived as a racially-loaded, offensive comment toward my Black nephew and his friend — TWO CHILDREN. She referred to them as “bae bae kids,” which was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and felt racially targeted. No employee should ever speak about any child like that. When I brought this to the manager on duty, instead of showing real concern, accountability, or professionalism, he tried to pacify us with a game card — as if giving the kids points to play games would erase a racially insensitive remark. A game card is NOT an apology. A game card is NOT accountability. And then came the part that made everything even worse: he tried to shift the blame onto us, implying the children were “playing” and that somehow justified the comment. That is dismissive, tone-deaf, and a clear attempt to dodge responsibility instead of addressing unacceptable behavior from staff. I escalated the situation to HR, expecting a real, serious response. NOTHING meaningful happened. And when I specifically asked for the GM to call me — which should be standard when a complaint involves children and possible racial undertones…I never got a call. Just a generic email saying the issue was “handled.” Handled WHERE? Because it definitely wasn’t handled with me or with the children who were disrespected. A racially insensitive comment toward Black children + a manager who tried to brush it off with a game card + HR doing nothing + a GM who couldn’t be bothered to call = a complete failure from top to bottom. Dave & Buster’s DO BETTER!!! This was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.

  Games are poorly maintained. Most games don't function correctly. They are powered on with no indication that there are problems until you waste your rather expensive credits only to find out that the game is broken in an unplayable way. There is virtually no one working there. We saw two identifiable employees in 3 hours. The prizes available for the number of tickets you may earn even after some jackpots will also surely disappoint.

  Have gone to this Dave & Buster's multiple times, and every time has been a disappointment. From the food being cold, to having to wait over 30 minutes just to get a server to give us our check (happened every single time we went and had to find someone to even help us find our server), to multiple games being broken/down....the experience was a let down every single time.

  I wanted so bad to leave a decent review for this location but I simply can’t. I love that they have the $10 wing deal on nights that football is on but that’s about the best thing they have going. EVERY TIME I come here, no matter what I order, my food is COLD! I’m not sure who’s in the kitchen or what they’re doing but if you don’t order something they’ll have to cook, it’s going to be cold. My fries are NEVER hot. They were only ever hot when I asked the bartender to put in a request to make sure they were hot. That time, they barely made the cut, but they were better than the other times I’ve ordered fries. Tonight, I ordered nachos & EVERYTHING was cold. Super disappointing. I just want to get HOT food when I come and spend my money. Literally the only thing that comes out hot when ordered is the chicken wings, thank goodness. I normally get a burger and more often than not, it’s cold. Also, tonight they have NOTHING available. I ordered nachos and wanted to sub the chicken for ground beef and they didn’t have ground beef. I tried to order a mocktail from the menu and the bartender (1.) didn’t know what I was talking about (she had to read the menu) & (2.) told me they didn’t have one of the ingredients. This is the closest location to my house but I’m going to start driving out further because this location is not good. The only reason I gave them two stars is for my bartender who serves me on Thursday’s (when I do come). I can’t remember his name right now, but he’s AWESOME! The women bartenders are normally lacking in service and it’s very upsetting. Please Arundel Mills, do better!

  We had a party here on 11/15/25 Jessica was our party host. She had strong interpersonal and communication skills which made the party run smoothly. The party was for my son’s ninth birthday and most parties in the past have ALWAYS been stressful. However, this one was NOT! Refills were consistently topped off, food was excellent, & Jessica was on top of it! We were impressed considering it seemed she had a few other parties as well. Our guests were impressed as much as we were! Truly top tier party experience and worth every penny! I’ve spent the same amount at other places and they barely help set up and don’t even help us clean! 11/10 experience. Also I can’t remember the manager’s name, but she was also wonderful! We love this location and I will be recommending to many!
