- SMScott ManleyJun 19, 20221.0My family and I drove out to the Arundel Mills mall Dairy Queen location from Crownsville for ice cream since the Odenton location was closed and upon arrival the staff were already breaking down the ice cream machine early prior to closing... it was 6pm and there's still an hour until closing at this location (7pm). This is highly unprofessional as there was nothing wrong with the machine, they were just closing up early and telling customers to get a smoothies instead... totally unacceptable, especially on Father's day!!!

I argued with them, showing their posted schedule and the owner said there was no business. Meanwhile in under five minutes they turned away 8 customers! The pandemic has caused businesses to become lax in their customer service and this is one more example of laziness!
