They have a full online oorder system and gate it behind their rewards points like absolute idiots, so they're less convenient for customers I'd rate that 0/10 any day, do better CAVA.
- AAADec 16, 20253.0More healthy options (brussel sprouts, greens, hummus, falafel, etc) than Chipotle but also more costly. Someone had the falafel which was really good, crispy outside and moist inside. The dill and saffron offerings were a nice option. Rice was cooked too wet though and then they slather sauce on top. Service seemed indifferent. Downside is they rang me up for extra chicken (+$3) even though I didn't request it. A basic greens and rice with chicken at Chipotle would have cost me about $10 while it cost $12 (no extra chicken).
