  I came to Johnny rockets after a few years, service was good, it was disappointing to find out they don’t give you the metal tin with the extra shake, also the meat in the burger was half the size of the bun, and very thin. Not worth it.

  Always a fun spot to hang out! The vibe at Dave & Buster’s Arundel Mills is upbeat—perfect for a night out with friends or a quick game break after shopping. Good mix of arcade games, decent food, and plenty of seating. Service can get busy on weekends, but everyone’s friendly and helpful. Great place for some laughs and friendly competition!

  I come here every two months or so. Food is always pretty good. Nothing too special though. Arcade is okay. Has a good selection of four player games. Prize selection is good. Lots of things for young kids, and teens/adults. Parking isn’t too bad if you don’t mind walking a bit. Overall would recommend.

  Love going to Dave and Busters and had not been in some time. Let’s just say this one has gone down hill FAST. Took 25 minutes to get drinks. Never brought straws. Had to hunt down a different server for straws. Didn’t bring me the food I ordered. We were at one of the bays with the hour timer, no one came by to check on us, refill drinks or anything for 40 minutes. When the person (manager?) came up to ask us how we are enjoying our night and I told her, she said let me get your server for you. Another 5 minutes pass and nothing. Ordered another drink finally and 10 minutes after that get told the system was down and she hadn’t put our last drink in yet. 90 minutes at this location and the adults all had one drink each. Waitress took my card without handing me the receipt, and when she came back she started crumpling mine. And I had to ask for my copy.

  I went to this location on Monday night with a group of friends for a birthday. The gameplay and atmosphere were nice and created that 'arcade' feel. Unfortunately, as many other people have reviewed, the service, especially the bartenders, are....atrocious. It was a Monday night. They were not busy or slammed. As someone who has worked in service, I am sympathetic to those cases where it is busy. This was not one of those times. We began by trying to get drinks in the bowling section and were completely ignored and not attended to. We were not even acknowledged with a "I'll be right with you." The bartender was simply talking and on her phone. Then, we moved to a different bar where Jake was sitting on his phone for several minutes before even looking up. We eventually got his attention. Throughout the night, we had to go back to him. He continued just to sit on his phone. There was a point where we were seated at the bar, there was a woman in line, and he didn't even look up. We had to shout his name, and at that point he was rude when we ordered and continued to say "Are you sure that's it?" I know this is a Dave and Busters and I am in no way expecting fine dining or fantastic service. My bar was low and they still managed to not meet it. Many reviews will corroborate the service is beyond terrible. The woman I spoke to at the bowling alley in charge of shoes was kind. The employee working 3/9 at 9pm.
