  Very disappointed with my order. The portion size was extremely small compared to what Chipotle usually serves. Paying full price for such a small amount is not acceptable.

  They are doing their best. This location gets very busy due to proximity to the mall, casino, Costco, etc. Sometimes it will be super packed. Today was fine. I always get a double meat bowl, usually chicken. The new cilantro lime sauce is nice. I love the addition of Poppi drinks for a healthy drink pairing. There are at least 2 flavors to pick from. I wonder when Chipotle will start franchising, if ever. Franchising may help some of their problems.

  I ordered 2 bowls with tortillas on the side, they almost forgot my tortillas despite repeating it 4 times. I arrived home and my bag breaks because the bowl is so flimsy and was falling apart on the bottom. Never going to that one ever again.

  These two employees failed to do their job instead of filling orders they laughed at how unsanitary or old the food on the buffet was. Not only did they point and laugh and strug their shoulders when someone asked for something but failed to explain to other staff their concerns. Be mindul of the other languages customers know. 0/10 won't be back.
