  Cava’s food is always delicious, but this was my first time at this location and staff was so rude and got my orders wrong that I’m giving this 1 star point blank. They didn’t have the rice I wanted and they didn’t have a bunch of sides either like avocado or corn. My boyfriend didn’t even get to say what meat he wanted added on, the guy just threw in a meat and slid our bowls down. The amount of rice they put in these bowls is abysmal. I see people complain about Chipotle cutting back? This man threw in one tiny scoop because they didn’t have anymore rice. This place was absolute trash. Staff was rude and didn’t listen. We had to correct them many times because they seem to just throw on whatever they want.

  Service was awful, they lied about not having ingredients, and they were very rude. Food was okay they were very stingy with the rationing, and when I asked for saffron rice they gave me white rice.

  We came here at 9:15pm on Saturday 4/4. The taller gentleman named Prince who made our bowls deserves a raise. He has a great attitude and exceptional customer service skills, and just seemed excited to help us out. Great at developing a repeat customer. You don’t meet people like this often. Everyone working was awesome. We will be back.

  We came here with a large team of girls and the staff was so amazing to accommodate us for dinner!! They were efficient, respectful, and took care of us quickly. We really appreciate it and Shantell runs a great crew!!

  I like this place but the staff didn’t have any super greens or arugula at 8pm and they close at 10pm really 1030pm with the new hours. I felt like they just didn’t want to serve or get anything from the back. So it depends on what staff you get. Because I have came here later and they have had items or gotten it from the back.
