He literally was talking down to the girls who were the ones cleaning the mess up from a great spill and he did NOTHING to help them.! I normally don't talk against anyone unless it's pretty bad, and it was for the girls and myself .! The rest of the crew seemed SCARED because of the situation..... Hats off to the girls...!!

They must be on the counter system that clocks when a car leaves the window because they're having people pull up pay and then pull into a parking space and today I waited 12 minutes. If you're using a system that is supposed to track the amount of time it takes to serve a car having those cars pull up is not being honest to your employer. I don't expect Wendy's to be as fast as McDonald's because a lot of the food is made to order more so than other fast food places. I just don't like this trend

They were right there putting food together for people in the drive through but ignored the line completely the whole time I was there. The one young man wasn’t even acting like he was concerned or in a hurry. I asked to see the manager but was told by the cook the young man who was ignoring us was the manager. I told him it was unacceptable how he was acting and left after taking his picture. The man in red was the manager. I left without ordering after over 20 minutes. The two older women in front of me had been there longer and still weren’t helped.
