Walked into the McDonald's turn to the right go to the screens to order enter my pin in wrong 3 times then continue to use my 1 dollar off my kids meal. I wait 5 minutes for my Chicken nuggets, small fries and a toy I enjoyed my nuggets... 4 stars.

Ordered a Big Breakfast with hotcakes…got only hit cakes and ordered a McChicken Biscuit with no egg, got a biscuit with egg and cheese… no chicken!

I normally place an online order and depending on the weather I either do curbside or drivethru. There are 2 managers I normally see either the woman or the young heavy set guy the woman is ok she’s always so nice and polite, but the younger guy is awful never greets you at the window and as soon as he’s done handing you the drinks he goes back and starts talking crap about you at the window while the make your food and I know he is cuz I hear certain words sounds like he’s saying my order and then laughs. I can’t understand half of it cuz he’s speaking Spanish the whole time. I used to like coming to this location and it’s a shame I have to inspect my food to make sure it wasn’t tampered with. I’d prefer the Westminster location over this one

Worst experience ever! This event occurred on Thursday October 8th around 3:30 p.m. My only guess is that they changed management. I did wait until I had calm down and had some time to think about it and I tried calling today Saturday October 11th . The woman that did answer the phone was nasty, rude and actually hung up on me . I could not understand her because her accent was so thick. She did not want to hear that my granddaughters box of chicken McNuggets actually contained a huge chocolate brownie. McDonald's doesn't sell brownies .......
I'm not sure what I got
...where it came from and whether or not it containd something illegal. I will be pursuing this matter! My recommendation is don't ever ever go to this McDonald's in Hampstead Maryland

Even after Corporate said someone would reach out from the local restaurant...Nothing!!! Figures....
Customer service SUCKS!!!!
I tend to stop by on my way to the office. Pull in drive-through and wait....second car pulls up and the employee 'wakes-up' and serves them first...really??? Finally, my turn, I provide code...nothing...wait...nothing. 'Did you get the code...a faint yeah, I order without any acknowledgement, wait and then drive around. I again, wait...she doesn't even look at me, hands me my food without uttering a word so I drive off.
This hasn't been the first time that I either cannot understand a single word they utter, or I receive substandard or better yet, no service. Maybe I'll try ordering via the app and then walk in and grab my food, though the lobby isn't open at 5:30 am.
oh and food tends to be lukewarm!!!
