  Place is DIRTY..I MEAN YOUR STANDING AGAINST THE DONUTS AND THERE NO NAPKINS, DIRTY TABLES, FOOOR IS DIRTY.

  I know it gets busy in there sometimes but I am literally BEGGING the employees to PLEASE read the orders more thoroughly. I’d never had a problem with an order before, but ever since the change in staff, I’ve had orders made wrong quite a few times. It’s always a gamble whether or not I’ll get bacon on a sandwich when I always make sure to include it in my order, and recently, a friend of mine ordered an iced coffee and got a hot one instead. I usually wouldn’t complain about a slip-up or two, accidents happen and I totally understand that, but they seem to be happening more and more often

  I was served my donut and coffee with the same gloves she was using to count money at register. She even put her hands inside the donut bag to open it wide then grabbed and touched all over my coffee cup. I ended up trashing everything outside the store.
