    I stopped at Wingstop after a very long day of driving, looking forward to finally getting a good meal and relaxing when I got home. When I got there, the workers were really nice and friendly, and the service at the counter seemed good. I placed a pretty large order because I hadn’t eaten much all day and wanted enough food to last me for the evening. I ordered lemon pepper wings, garlic Parmesan wings, BBQ wings, corn, and fries. Altogether, the total came out to around $60, which I didn’t mind paying because I expected the food to be fresh, correct, and worth the price. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the order was wrong. Some of the wings were not the flavors I ordered, and the food overall was very bland and tasteless. The fries were not good, the corn didn’t have much flavor, and the wings just didn’t taste like what I expected at all. After spending that much money and driving 20 minutes back home, it was really disappointing to open the bags and see that the order was incorrect and the food didn’t taste good. I was too tired to drive all the way back to the store because I had already been driving all day, which is why I chose to call instead. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone. That made the situation even more frustrating because I felt like I had no way to fix the problem. If someone had answered, I could have at least reported the issue and maybe gotten a replacement, refund, or credit for next time. But since no one picked up, I felt like I just wasted $60 on food that I didn’t even enjoy and didn’t receive correctly. What makes this situation frustrating is that the employees were very friendly in person, so I don’t think this was done on purpose or out of bad service. However, accuracy and food quality are still very important, especially when someone is spending that much money and driving a long distance. By the time I realized everything was wrong, I was already home and too exhausted to make another 40-minute round trip. Overall, I’m really disappointed because I spent $60, drove 20 minutes home, received the wrong order, the food was tasteless, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to fix the issue. I don’t usually complain, but in this situation I truly feel like I wasted my money. I hope in the future they can double check orders for accuracy and answer the phone so situations like this can be resolved more easily for customers who live far away and can’t just drive back right away.

    This is the second time we have tried this Wingstop location. Last time we went they forgot one of the orders of wings and the food was sub par. This time we knew to check the bag and, not one ranch for 30 wings, despite paying for 2. Thankfully we checked before leaving. Once we got home, the corn was literally inedible due to the amount of seasoning. Not one of the 5 people in the house could tolerate more than one bite. The wings were also inedible due to the amount of heat. We frequently order from Wingstop in Frederick and Montgomery county so we are aware of how the sauce is supposed to taste. Super disappointing. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
