  This by far is the best wendys in hagerstown . Clean friendly food is always hot . I would really like to see them keep the fish sandwich as a regular on the menu

  So I haven't stopped at this location in about 4 years I stopped in this morning because I wanted some breakfast I went inside and was immediately greeted by signs that said that they was not accepting Capital One credit cards Discover Cards and a couple of other ones and when I asked about it the young lady just tried to tell me all the card readers aren't working well the card readers aren't working how do they accept Visa and MasterCard she just looked at me instructor shoulders I then made a comment about how a lot of businesses have been putting that up because of the fact they don't want to pay the service fee for the credit cards which is completely unacceptable whether it's a franchise or a corporately owned store you are required to accept these cards when I made a comment about needing to contact the host I was informed that I'm not the first person to say that when I said it was a huge inconvenience especially if that's all I had I was also told that I wasn't the first person to say that instead of we've contacted the host sir or we will inform our manager you know just using your normal customer service voice I was basically greeted with criticism and basically being told to shut up so I walked out and went next door to the subway where the gentleman over there was more than perfect he went out of his way to make sure that my morning was good again thanks to him unlike the young lady who didn't have time for my order but could inform me that many people had said something about the credit card issue thanks again for being the reason that your store got a bad review!
