  Didn't go inside this time, food seemed fresh but messy needed more napkins then I was given but still liked the food once I got it not so much of a mess.

  I will start with that the chili is really the main reason I go there. Aside from that, they took a way the chicken blt biggie bag and they have a hard time hearing at the drive thru, even when you reiterate your order. Last but not least, there's a specific worker there, red head.. she always gives an attitude, always makes a problem even with the simplest requests, and you can feel her disdain for having to "deal" with you. She has horrible vibes and has even worse customer service.

  Woman making sandwiches was doing something on her personal phone screen with her food service gloves on, then puts phone in her pocket and proceeds to handle food again with the same gloves on. Young black girl running cash register was rude and unfriendly while I was being kind. Meanwhile Chick-fil-A within walking distance is way over the top great. Why not even try a little to be like them? Who wants to eat chicken just to have better service? At least if you had average service that would be fine with most people but you have far below average service.

  Good visit. I am not in Hagerstown often, but I stopped in for a Biggie Bag meal because it is a pretty good lunch value for a dad trying to put kids thru college. I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff, food ordered quickly, and my customized order was made quickly. I would come back here again when I am in Hagerstown again.
