  Ok I know this is not a 5 star food service , I get it, however when you are missing items from your order, and you ask for extra mild sauce and you get NO MILD SAUCE, and you call back to talk to the manager, and speak to Ashley and she gets an attitude with you, and are told “well we have a lot of new people” I as a customer do not care about being new, I care about getting what we paid for, TRAIN THEM Ashley, and don’t put them in drive through if they can’t read. I have to listen to a bunch of people complaining about missing items. Maybe and I am just gonna throw this out there, teach them to read an order, if it says 8 mild sauces then put them in the bag, if it says cheese fries then put it in the bag, looks like it’s gonna be us making the drive through longer while we inventory the whole order before we leave. Not rocket science people, have a little pride in your job.

  The general manager Danielle was the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. She should NOT be allowed to work in customer service ever! This woman had the audacity to get an aggressive attitude when they messed up my order. I remained calm and respectful the entire time and was met with pure disrespect and aggression. At one point she even threatened me and my child. Im not sure why she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but thats not MY problem. You messed up my entire $45 order after I patiently waited for 25 minutes. Please do better when hiring, especially a general manager.

  We love it here! The staff is friendly, the teamwork is unparalleled, and their service is top notch! Best Taco Bell EVER! Tommy is our favorite, hes always in such a good mood and makes us feel welcome everytime. -Justin and Amanda 😁

  For the amount of money I’m spending on steak and nacho fries, they barely add any fries or steak. This is the second time. Holding out like it’s a secret 😂

  Had to wait for my food a little longer than usual and i received a gift card for the wait to cover what i paid. Above and beyond any expectations. Thank you Taco Bell and your awesome, considerate, customer service. Its appreciated.
