  Every time I go here it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get my food and it's always wrong

  I'm from the South, and this location needs to improve. The staff and management need fixing. The food is consistently cold, soggy, or just plain nasty. I rarely complain about Sonic, but this unfair and unsatisfactory experience has made me unwilling to visit any other location. If I could submit this feedback to all Sonic locations, I would, because this is disgusting and unprofessional.

  I stopped at this location because of advertisements for the $6 smasher combo meal. Reviews for these on youtube are excellent. I pulled up to drivethru lane at around 3:00....and was 3rd in line. Took 15 minutes before car in front of me got tired of waiting and left. Waited another 5 minutes and finally car at kiosk finally pulled up to window. Waited another 5 minutes before a faint hardly understandable individual asked for my order. I ordered 2 $6 smasher combos....one with fries...one with tots. I saw no evidence of the discounted price anywhere but he replied $12.72. I pulled up to what appeared as an empty store drive thru window and waited another 5 minutes before the window opened and a young man took my card. He handed it back along with my drinks. After another 5 minute wait he handed out a bag that was very heavy. I proceeded to pull to side where we ate our double smash burgers and fries. They were hot, juicy and delicious as well as messy. Just like I like them. The reviews were accurate on them and at $6 per combo an absolute bargain. If you are in a hurry and or are easily agitated I would recommend staying far away from this location. If you have an extra 30 minutes then by all means try it at least while the special is running. I look at this place and see unlimited potential but it will require removing the inept management and raising the pay to attract a team that takes pride in there job.

  I ordered delivery through the app two different times, the first time they literally gave me a strawberry ice cream instead of my oreo shake, and then gave me a small fry instead of the large, and then the second time, they completely forgot my drink and my chicken sandwich AFTER the dasher had to wait 45 minutes for ONE MEAL, just to forget half the meal itself anyways. And they don’t even give you an option to get refunded, are you guys not able to make fast food at 8:30pm on a tuesday night?
