  Sadly, this will be the last time I order from Rocky’s. I’ve given this place multiple chances because I’ve enjoyed their pizza and wings in the past, but this last experience was too disappointing to overlook. I ordered a garden salad based on the menu photos (I’ve attached a screenshot separately for reference), and what I received was completely different and honestly unacceptable. It looked like soggy, shredded sandwich lettuce, a couple of thin, old tomato slices, and what I at first thought were anchovies but turned out to be wilted, overcooked mushrooms. It genuinely looked like leftover sandwich toppings tossed into a container and labeled a salad. I honestly wish I had taken a photo of what I received, but I was so frustrated I threw it away before even thinking about it. I also ordered a Sicilian pizza, which was severely undercooked. The crust was still doughy and chewy, as if it hadn’t finished baking. On previous orders, I’ve asked for well-done wings, and it honestly felt like they cooked them way too long on purpose, they came out burnt to the point of being overdone and charred in the middle. On top of that, sauces or extras I’ve requested are often forgotten, to the point where I’ve stopped asking altogether. This place has a lot of potential, and I really wanted to like it, but after multiple tries, I’m done. If you do order from here, I’d recommend sticking with the thin crust pizza and not venturing beyond that. I grew up working in places like this and have a culinary background, I know they can do better. It is supposed to be about convenience, not having to cook, picking something up on the way home from a long day. It has been anything but convenient for me.   Got delivery from them and was here in a very timely manner, before the time we expected, food was hot and very good, 👍👍😊😊 we got cheese burger subs and fries, and a breaded mushrooms very good

  I was very disappointed and hunger yesterday. I gotten my pizza late at night. When I finally got home after my errands, I fell like I bite into a bottle of hot sauce. It was spicy for some reason. I ate at the location for a few years and my pizza never taste or smell like this before.Now I have a house full of people upset and hunger trying to figure out what to eat. I decided to wait until the next day to call them for a refund since it was so late at night and now I had to find something else to eat. My the time I got home I was tired and not wanted to deal with them. Just to find out they refused to refund or replace the pizza as they claimed I should have call that day. I feel like they knew the pizza they sold was bad that why they won't refund or replace them the next day. Why would it matter if I call today or yesterday it not like they can resell the pizza the pizza would taste the same as yesterday. Now I wasted over $50 on hot sauce pizza that should have been just pepperoni pizza.

  Great pizza, wings, apps. Drove an hour to check them out and it proved worth it.

  Today we ordered lunch for our office staff which we do often and someone suggested Rocky's. I ordered a steak and cheese lunch special. When we received the food it was a chicken cheesesteak. I was upset because I was really looking forward to the steak and cheese. I called to inform them that they had gotten my order wrong, which I understand can happen. They did apologize and offered to make my sandwich over. I explained to them that I work the whole way on the other side of town and I wouldn't be able to make it there and back in time to finish my lunch break. I was expecting to be offered a refund. Instead it was just silent. As a small business owner I understand not wanting to offer the money back. So I asked if it was ok if I saved the sandwich and bring it back after work and exchange it for the order that I originally intended to get. The response was "if that's what you want to do." So that was how we finished the call. With me having to go out of my way to get the right food. No problem it happens. I didn't push back on not getting the offer for a refund so I really couldn't be too upset. As I sat there still hungry I decided that instead I am just going to eat the sandwich because I know me. Once 3pm hits I want to go home and since the store is not any where near my route home. I said forget it I will just eat the sandwich. This is the frustrating part. The chicken was extremely dry. I asked for mayo and fried onions. The onions were just laying on top of the sandwich like an after thought, the mayo was almost non existent and the food was cold, fries were soggy and no salt. I was expecting at least lukewarm temp because it had to be delivered to me. I cannot speak for my co workers but i was very disappointed. I normally don't leave reviews if I am not impressed but the "if that is what you want to do" kind of made me feel like it didn't matter that the mistake was made and that I didn't matter as a customer. Having been in the customer service and hospitality industry for over 20 years I would have offered to refund and replace the food making the extra travel back at least worth the customers time. I am the one that made the decision to eat the food so I do not expect a refund or a corrected order. I just wanted to bring awareness to my experience.
