  We had to wait a couple minutes at the drive thru for fries, but the food seemed fresh and the service was pleasant.

  This franchise continues to amaze me with incompetence… you have a better chance of winning the lottery then getting thru the drive thru in a reasonable amount of time and getting what you ordered. It’s a shame.

  My husband gets us a McDonald’s breakfast every Sunday. This McDonald’s needs to retrain their staff. Constantly giving us the wrong order. Two weeks in a row this time. Last week he wanted the steak, egg and cheese bagel but on a muffin. He got a bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin. Today he ordered a big breakfast and substituted bacon for the sausage. Again, he gets home and he has bacon, eggs and a biscuit. No pancakes. This is ridiculous. And he should not have to drive all of the way back. The orders should be right. I guess he will have to find a different one to go to.

  I had gone through their drive thru on Thursday afternoon to evening. When I got to the window to pay I was asked to pull off to the right into a numbered slot. The person told.me that my full order needed a little.bit until it was ready. A young lady came to the car with a bag and said here you go sorry for the delay. My wife and I get to the place we were headed to and opened the bag of McDonald's and here instead of having our ordered food we have food that we didnt even order. I went right away to the Google search for the phone number. The number Google produces to you is a number that doesn't even work for mcdonalds. It took a bit but we somehow found the right number associated with this mcdonalds. I called the number and as soon as I explained most of the issue,I was asked if I was the one who was in the white car. I said yes and was told somehow the workers mixed me up with the one behind me. I wasnt suppose to pull off. It was the people behind me and was told to being myself back and they will redo the order. I expressed I was not able to return right than and there,so the woman said come back when I can my name was going to be placed in the book with a note to replace everything we ordered,I was told I can throw all of what I had there out since it wasnt even my order. I returned last night 2/7 and went through drive thru. I get this guy at the window who i explain all what took place and that i was instructed to throw all i had out and the receipt I had wasnt even my order on it. He closed the window and comes back asking what the order was. I regive the order and he comes back asking for the receipt. I asked him how was i suppose ti give him a receipt when the receipt i had was to another person s order. He said oh yeah that would be the issue,as he is saying this a female is yelling what time did he call. I say to him about 830 845 and why it was so late the number listed on Google isn't even. A number associated to here. As soon as I said this she claims no one called her and there and get a receipt or she want doing nothing. I said to him again I have one that isn't even mine to show proof I got someone else's food. He than got nasty with me and said well next time check before you leave sounds like your out of luck and food. At this point I had to control my response and I said ok well tell your boss she can have the food and the money because I at this point won't feed into your sarcastic response and unprofessional response. He than says I thought so and we are done here and slammed the drive thru window shut and as he does he waved me off an had a smirk on his face.......... do not even go here to conduct any business these people are rude and they lie. The one thing I even said at the end your acting as if im making this up, trust this if im trying to get food the last place id try at is mcdonalds this food isn't special at all. I was disrespected, blown off and most of all treated poorly. They should focus on customer service and satisfaction before they cast any stones at anyone. Most people would have created a scene at McDonald's but instead I just drove off shaking my head........if I could id give then minus 20 stars.
