  Went there after having a wonderful time at Ready, Set, Play. No one came to the counter right away, but there were several people in the restaurant. Finally a young man came and took our order, everything that I ordered was on the receipt. Waited a good 20 minutes for our food(which is a long time when you have hungry littles) and everything was only half right. Missing all our ketchups and ranch’s, ordered 3 happy meals only got two. Ordered 3 small drinks with the happy meals, got one large a one small. Only one came with fries. One didn’t have a toy. Went back to the counter and told a young lady what we needed and got a drink and that was it. Also couldn’t find napkins anywhere in the restaurant to wipe down our table. The floor was also very dirty. Almost went somewhere else. But the kids were hangry at that point.

  Fries were hot and crispy and the staff were all friendly.

  I went to the McDonald's on Wesel Blvd yesterday. First thing I noticed was that it was nicely renovated. There was no employees at the register I went to the area to input my order.placed my order and choose to pay at the counter. That was my 1st mistake.. I'm guessing it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for someone to show up and finish checking me out. I was not the only person waiting there was 2 other people waiting as well. Finally a young lady shows up and finalized my order. I waited I'm guessing 15 to 20 minutes for my order (my order was 2 cheeseburger and a medium fry) seeing other orders coming in after me filled I finally asked the manager about my order which took another 5 minutes. I guess fast food is going to be a thing of the past in the new McDonald's renovations. Save yourself some time and go to Roy Rogers next door By far this was the worst McDonald's I've have ever visited

  The worst restaurante starting with manager and employes I’ll be waiting almost 30 min and nobody take my order the employes just playing and talking I just leave the place horrible

  This used to be a great McDonald's but like all things it must come to a end and boy did it come to a end everything and I mean everything sucked so if you want McDonald's food then I suggest you go somewhere else
