We have a person who can’t have spicy.) The girl that answered said ok. I get in there and first things first, I am never greeted. I stood at the counter staring at my bag for about 3 minutes before even being acknowledged while they all laughed and joked until one of them said Can you go help her! Get home and all the wings are boxed together. We ordered a small cheese fry and then the meal came with a large seasoned fry. The fries were reversed. We had someone’s order of corn. We call and tell them that we asked for the wings to be separate but they aren’t and that one of us can not eat them. The girl says yeah we are super busy so we didn’t have time to pay attention to that. Unfortunately we’re too busy. I mean I can probably give you a couple of boneless or something the next time you come in but yeah, we aren’t gonna do anything about it. We’re too busy. Of course we are SHOCKED. We told her that was unacceptable and asked her so you’re saying you won’t fix this. She’s says, I’m not saying that I’m just saying we’re really busy. I mean I can remake the order. We say yes please do. Then she starts getting loud saying we need to bring the food back. My husband goes in to pick up the food and the “manager” never apologizes. She just asked did he bring the chicken and then snatched the box from him. My husband asked her what her name was and she was like why? He told her because he didn’t like her attitude. She was very rude when giving him the food. She starts arguing with him saying she wasn’t rude. Then she dismissed him and said, well you got your food now. All of this was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. This location tends to hire very rude people. We are now too scared to even eat the food because we have no idea what she might have did to it when remaking it. I will be contacting corporate.

The two that really stuck out to me were DJ and Johnathon. They were great! And on top of that, all the food tasted hot, fresh and delicious. I’m recommending this spot!
- CCCompletely_RayleighDec 13, 20251.0i went to this wing-stop, and i had an issue with my food. i was given a wrong order, so when i asked to speak to the manager a rude woman named ashley spoke to me and told me to just “deal with it” i was given corn cobs when i am allergic to corn. i didn’t appreciate how she spoke to me and i had let them know prior to this that i can’t have corn due to allergies. other than that the other workers were very kind i believe it was just a misunderstanding but still no reason to speak to your customers like that as a manager.
