- TCTraci CoulterOct 9, 20251.0Very disappointed in my drive thru experience today.The young guy took my order,had to pull up and wait at the white line.It took 6 minutes for the order and an additional 4 minutes for the forgotten item.While waiting for that item my other food got cold.The guy did not care in the least and said someone else put the order together, what a lame excuse.Just apologize and make it right.It seems door dash takes priority over a regular customer as all those orders were correct and had better customer care .I wasted 26 dollars on junk food and terrible customer service.
