  I don’t know who was working tonight but dear lord. Not only was our order wrong from the get go and had to turn around and go thru the drive thru to receive our missing items. We get home and 2 out of the four packages orders were made wrong. Example: paid for a Daves Double, got a single. We were the only once who were at the drive thru this entire time. Nobody left when we arrived, no one showed up, and while we waited, no one else did either. This was ridiculous.

  Horrible service, they royally screwed my order up. Never again will we eat at such a dump.

  Pulled up to this Wendy’s about 15 minutes before closing after placing a mobile order ahead of time. The guy at the window just stared at me like I was the problem, then casually said the ovens were “already cleaned” so they weren’t going to make my food — despite the fact that I already paid. He acted like he could help, but basically chose not to because it was easier to follow some lazy close-up routine than, I don’t know, do the job. No refund. No food. Just a blank stare and “cancel it in the app.” The real kicker? I got charged twice, and when I called Wendy’s corporate, I got hung up on by the customer service rep

  I had problems with this location about a month ago but figured I would give it another shot. I scheduled a carry out order an hour before I needed it. When I went in at that time I still had to wait 15 minutes to get it (if I order way in advance I expect to maybe only have to wait a few minutes if it’s busy not 15 minutes). I had to remind them about parts of my order too that they were forgetting to add. I had to leave as soon as I got my stuff as I only have a 30 minute break and it was only when I got back to work that I realized they had smothered my sandwich with lettuce… which I am allergic to and requested they not add. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, understand rush hour and gave second chances but when I’m paying I expect to at least get the items I paid for.
