I placed an order for a triple combo plain w/cheese meal to go because I was running errands and in a hurry. When I got home the burger wasn’t prepared correctly so the thought of driving back across town and down the Sharpsburg Pke at noon time made me quite angry and frustrated. When I arrived the girl who helped me was kind enough to fix my food correctly and also gave me fresh fries and refunded my money for my trouble. This was great customer service!. Thank you.

Went and stood for 6 minutes and no one offered to help or take our order. A couple of the workers looked at us. The guy that was running the register walked away went to the back he came out and never came to the register. Poor customer service. We walked out and went to Burger King and got excellent service.

This was the best Wendy's I have ever been to. I am from Baltimore and was driving to frostburg. We stopped here for chicken sandwiches. The bun was even better. The chicken was nice and crispy and done perfectly. You have to stop here.
